Chocolate Chip Muffins

I wrote this long post about these muffins and then I found out blogger crashed. I don't feel like repeating everything I said, so I'll just give a basic review. The muffins were good, but they weren't what I was looking for. I really like this mini chocolate chip muffins that are super moist, with the chocolate chips just melting in your mouth. This type of muffin is the one found in Costco. So when I saw this recipe, I was really hoping that the muffins would turn out like Costco's mini cc muffins. However, these are still good muffins. They're very good for beginners, because all you have to do is gather the ingredients and mix.

  3. I hate it when the things you make turn don't turn out bad, but just not up to your expectations :D And I know how you feel- I only had a one week break, and still could not get used to the amount of work that I had to do...haha :) btw, I still can't get over how awesome your square baking tin looks ;)

  4. Kristy, I think scientific studies have proven that. :) Thanks, you too!

DG, I used so much that I'm almost out of chocolate chips!

Von, My previous post was deleted after blogger crashed, or whatever happened, so I had to rewrite the post. So I left out the spring break thing, but anyway, school's almost over for me! I can't wait. :) As school's winding down, and graduation is looming closer, there isn't as much homework to do. Lol! If I ever go to Australia, maybe if it's possible, I'll bring one over. :D

    j3ss kitch3n, Thank you!

Sorry everyone for the late response. I guess I haven't been into my blog as much. I only have 3 posts so far this month!! I have to make it up during these last two weeks.
